Receipt of Order Confirmation
You will receive an Order Confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact email@example.com, so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.
Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of VAT. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
Promotions apply to full priced items only and are not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Promotions exclude upholstered products unless stated otherwise. Promotions are only available in the UK. Products and promotions are subject to availability, delivery times and where applicable, production times. Content by Conran reserves the right to reject any application. All orders are subject to acceptance under Content by Conran’s full terms and conditions.
Portrayal of products
While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.

All products comply with appropriate safety and consumer regulations.
At the time of ordering we will confirm an estimated delivery time to you. We aim to keep most items in stock .If your order is not in stock and has an estimated delivery date, when you purchase it, we will contact you as soon as your products are available. Please note, our In Stock date is an estimate, we cannot unfortunately accept liability if the product is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. We do promise to keep you up to date on a regular basis in order to accommodate all your needs.
If your items have different Expected Delivery dates we will reserve your items and only despatch the order when every item is in stock.
All our Upholstery is individually made to customer order. The normal delivery time is 6-8 We will deliver, assemble and take away all the packaging. We can also remove and depose of old furniture for an additional charge.This service must be booked prior to delivery. If you wish to cancel your order you must let us know within 24 hours after placing the order by contacting email@example.com or +44 208 150 8380. The majority of our furniture items are bespoke items and so in the event that having placed an order you wish to cancel it, we will unfortunately have to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the order plus any other delivery or collection fee incurred. Please contact our customer services team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or ring us on +44 208 150 8380 who will be happy to advise you on the process.
Faulty or damaged product
f any of your products have a manufacturing defect or are damaged please contact email@example.com or +44 208 150 8380 within 7 days of receipt of goods with proof of the manufacturing defect or damage. We will collect and replace the faulty product free of charge, or give you a full refund. If you receive a damaged product you must contact us within 7 days to arrange for a refund or exchange. We will not refund products that have been damaged due to wear and tear.
We offer one year warranty on all Content by Conran range products. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call +44 208 150 8380 for further information.
If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, please get in touch and we can arrange a refund. Return an item within 28 days in perfect condition together with original packaging and we will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange. This does not affect cancellations or your statutory rights.
We will not refund delivery costs, and you will be responsible for the safe delivery of the goods back to our warehouse. Please return the goods with their original packaging. We will not refund goods that have been damaged whilst in your care.
Please note that bespoke furniture, special orders, made-to-order items and personalised items are non returnable. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office.
Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival.
Credit can be used against your next order, both online and with telephone orders.
Our returns address is indicated on the form included with the delivery.
If you would like to exchange your products please contact email@example.com or +44 208 150 8380 within 7 days of receipt of goods to arrange your exchange. We will be happy to collect the product and deliver your alternative product free of charge provided the product is in perfect condition and returned with its original packaging. If the replacement item is worth less than the original item we will offer a credit note for the difference which is valid for 3 months.
Content by Conran’s total liability for any claim howsoever shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Content by Conran to the customer. Content by Conran shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way, save where such liability is imposed upon Content by Conran by statute. Content by Conran cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the Website or in the catalogue. Content by Conran does not limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct. By law, you also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until fourteen  days after delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
Content by Conran endeavours to check the accuracy of the information on this site. However, we do not warrant that such information will be error free and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies and typological errors. If the goods do not on receipt by you substantially meet the description on this web site you are entitled to return the goods to us.
Every effort is made to ensure that this website is free from viruses and defects however, this cannot be guaranteed. Content by Conran Ltd. shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account.

Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including name, address and credit card details. Information remains scrambled whenever it is transmitted over the web. This means that ordering via our site is even more secure than ordering over the phone.
